Interactive: L.A. neighborhoods with the most unanswered requests for trash pickups
Residents in Northeast, Central and South Los Angeles received worse service for illegal dumping pickup than other parts of the city. In some neighborhoods, such as Highland Park and Boyle Heights, less than half of illegal dumping requests were fulfilled.
