MasterChef Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Graham Elliot will decide which one of the two remaining young chefs will win in the season finale. 8 p.m. Fox

Repeat After Me In this new unscripted series famous celebrities (Justin Bieber, Lauren Graham and Kristen Bell, in the premiere) get instructions via an earpiece from host Wendi McLendon-Covey as they interact with people in hidden-camera situations. 8:30 p.m. ABC

Marvel’s Agent Carter Hayley Atwell, D’Arcy, Chad Michael Murray and Shea Whigham star in the first season finale with guest star Dominic Cooper and the voice of Walker Roach. 9 p.m. ABC

The Italian Americans The series concludes looking at the modern era and the legacy of those featured, including Frank Sinatra, Joe DiMaggio, Fiorello LaGuardia. 9 p.m. KOCE

Building Wild In the season premiere the Cabin Kings build a cabin at the top of a mountain. That’s followed by the premiere of the new series “Cabin Fever” which follows Nate Heim and his team as they create one-of-a-kind log cabins across the country. 9 and 10 p.m. National Geographic

The Mindy Project Mindy and Danny (Mindy Kaling, Chris Messina) make a deal. She’ll stop eating unhealthfully if he quits smoking in this new episode. 9:30 p.m. Fox

Parks and Recreation After seven seasons, it’s time to say goodbye to Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) and her fellow workers — both past and present — as this sitcom presents its one-hour series finale. Chris Pratt, Nick Offerman, Aubrey Plaza, Aziz Ansari and Jim O’Heir also star. 10 p.m. NBC

Child Genius In the season finale, the four finalists face off in an Academic Olympiad, a compilation of all previous round topics. 10 p.m. Lifetime
