Tickets for Copa America final, Chivas-Arsenal friendly, go on sale next month

Tickets for the Copa America final June 26 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., will go on sale April 11 at 10 a.m PDT.

Tickets, which start at $140, will be available only by visiting CA2016.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. There will be a limit of eight tickets per household.

Also tickets for the July 31 friendly between Arsenal of the English Premier League and Chivas of Guadalajara of the Mexican league at StubHub Center will go on sale Monday at 10 a.m PDT at axs.com. Prices start at $69.

Copa America, the world’s oldest international soccer tournament, will mark its 100th anniversary in June, when it will be played in the U.S. for the first time. The 16-team field features 10 South American countries, including Argentina and five-time World Cup champion Brazil, in addition to the U.S. and Mexico.

Tickets for all other games, including the group stage, quarterfinals, semifinals and third place, are on sale at CA2016.com or through Ticketmaster. The Rose Bowl in Pasadena will play host to three games, including separate games involving Brazil and Mexico. Four games will be played at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, including the tournament opener between the U.S. and Colombia on June 3, and a quarterfinal game June 18.
