Chuck Lorre: In some copies of the Sept. 28 edition, the Sunday Conversation interview with TV show creator Chuck Lorre in the Calendar section said that the second-season premiere of his series “Mom” would air Monday. That premiere has been changed to Oct. 30. The change was announced after printing of the section had begun.

Broad Stage: In the Sept. 25 LATExtra section, an article about the resignation of Dale Franzen from the Broad Stage in Santa Monica misspelled the last name of the Broad’s chief operating officer. His name is Mitchell Heskel, not Haskel.

Polly Bergen: In the Sept. 21 California section, the obituary of singer and actress Polly Bergen misquoted a line from “I’m Still Here,” which Bergen sang in Stephen Sondheim’s “Follies.” The lyric is “good times and bum times,” not “good times and bad times.”
