Up next for UCLA: at Stanford on Saturday
When: 3 p.m.
Where: Maples Pavilion, Palo Alto.
On the air: TV: ESPN2. Radio: 570.
Records: Bruins 21-5, 10-3 in Pac-12, Cardinal 17-8, 8-5.
Record vs. Cardinal: 1-0.
Update: Stanford was no match for UCLA last month at Pauley Pavilion, where the Bruins won easily, 91-74. Stanford guard Chasson Randle, who averages a team-high 18.5 points, made only three of 16 shots. When the Bruins go inside, they may find forward Josh Huestis waiting. He is Stanford’s all-time leader in blocks with 169. Still, that wasn’t a problem last month. Huestis did not have a block in the loss and Tony Parker, a 6-foot-9, 255-pound sophomore, had a big game for UCLA with 22 points and seven rebounds off the bench. UCLA has won 13 of the last 16 games between the teams.
