Tailback Javorius Allen is in no rush to determine whether he will return to USC for his final season of eligibility or make himself available for the NFL draft.

Coach Steve Sarkisian said he would meet with draft-eligible players this week, but Allen said he put the meeting off because of schoolwork.

Allen said he would listen to the advice and opinions of Sarkisian as well as his family before he made a decision.

“I’m really not leaning any way,” Allen said.

Allen said he would submit a request for an NFL evaluation.

“We’ll go from there,” he said. “Whatever they come back with, we’ll have to go with it.”

Allen has rushed for 1,337 yards and nine touchdowns in 250 carries this season.
