Restaurant Lastage, about a 10-minute walk from the Central Station in Amsterdam, is a real gem with a Michelin star, elegant service and reasonable prices. Reservations are necessary. We found it by accident and were given a table because of a last-minute cancellation. We were delighted with our find.
