LaBianca home: On the June 21 Business page, an article about the sale of the Los Feliz home where followers of Charles Manson killed Leno and Rosemary LaBianca in 1969 was accompanied by a photo caption that misspelled Leno as Leon.

COVID-19 disparities: In the May 31 California section, an article about Black residents having the highest risk for COVID-19 in L.A. County referenced daily average coronavirus case numbers over a recent six-week period. The data were over a two-week period.
