Saddam Hussein: An article in the Sept. 5 Calendar section about the effects of two decades of war after Sept. 11 on an American Muslim and her family said Saddam Hussein was captured in 2006. Hussein was captured in 2003.

2003 recall: In the Sept. 5 Section A, an article about the history of direct democracy in California said Arnold Schwarzenegger became governor after winning 55% of the vote. Schwarzenegger was elected with 48.6% of the vote.
