Mayoral election: In the Nov. 17 California section, a column about Karen Bass’ election as Los Angeles mayor said that county Supervisor Holly Mitchell could become Board of Supervisors chair. Mitchell currently holds that position.

Keith Moon: In the Jan. 12 Calendar section, the obituary for guitarist Jeff Beck said he was joined on the 1967 hit single “Beck’s Bolero” by future Who drummer Keith Moon. Moon was already in the Who.
