Good morning. RealtyTrac has re-crunched its foreclosure numbers for the first six months of the year to create one of those ‘which city has the worst problem’ lists. Not exactly brand new information, but re-packaged and worth a look:

Most foreclosure filings per capita (more accurately, RealtyTrac calculates fewest households per foreclosure filing)
1 ) Stockton, CA (27 households per filing)
2) Detroit (29)
3) Las Vegas (31)
4) Riverside/San Bernardino (33)
5) Sacramento (36)
Other California Cities
14) Fresno (60)
19) Oakland (70)
23) San Diego (75)

Most foreclosure filings
1) Riverside-San Bernardino (41,351 filings)
2) Los Angeles (38,199)
