More housing developments go to auction

Developers are increasingly unloading entire projects through auctions these days. Here are a couple more to surface:

--a Pasadena condominium complex is putting 35 untis on the block Sunday. Bids start at $165,000.

On August 30, a dozen North Hollywood houses in a development called Oxnard Gardens will be auctioned, with bid starting at $195,000. Both auctions are being handled by the Kennedy Wilson firm, with details on their website.
