There’s nothing wrong with Rush Limbaugh -- medically speaking. The conservative talk show host held a brief news conference at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu this morning after being admitted on Wednesday night with chest pains.

‘They found absolutely nothing wrong,’ Limbaugh said shortly after 11 a.m. Hawaiian time. ‘No arterial disease, no coronary disease whatsoever.’

Limbaugh, 58, also managed a quick dig at efforts to overhaul the U.S. healthcare system.

‘I don’t think there’s one thing wrong with the healthcare system,’ he said. ‘It was confidence-inspiring.’

The chest pains were real, Limbaugh said, but there’s no clue to what caused them. The event prompted a minor media circus in Hawaii, where President Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are also vacationing.

Limbaugh urged those who were listening to seek help from medical professionals at the first sign of a problem. The incident has made him realize that he’s getting older, he said, even though his health is still good.

It makes you realize that you are ‘not as invincible as you once thought you were,’ he said.
