St. Bonny is staying strong against Saugus

St. Bonny continues to pull away. Xavier Ramos recovered a blocked punt by teammate Patrick Hall on the Saugus 19-yard line three plays before RB Darrell Scott scored his second TD of the night on a 12-yard run to give the Seraphs a 21-7 lead.

Saugus QB Desi Rodriguez took a huge hit from Loren Powers on the opening drive of the second half and sat on the bench for a couple minutes before rejoining his teammates on the next possession.

And thanks to a 24-yard completion and an 18-yard run by RB Ryan Zirbel, the Centurions are on the St. Bonny 18 and threatening to score. However, Zirbel just took a hard hit and is out of the game again as 5:36 left in the third with what appears to be some sort of leg injury.
