Temecula Valley senior Jake Meredith was pinned by Gilroy senior Hunter Collins 47 seconds into the overtime period of the 171-pound finals at the CIF state championships at Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield.

The score was tied, 0-0, at the end of regulation.
