Baseball: Paramount-El Segundo semifinal set for tonight

Paramount will face El Segundo in a winner’s bracket semifinal game tonight at 7 o’clock at Paramount in the Long Beach American Legion playoffs. The winner will advance to Sunday’s 4 p.m. final and will have to be beaten twice.

In a loser’s bracket game today at 4 p.m. at Paramount, Lakewood will face Long Beach Wilson. On Thursday, Lakewood eliminated Downey and Wilson eliminated La Mirada.
