Only three days after visiting Oregon State, Mission Hills Alemany running back Malcolm Marable committed to the Beavers, according to Rivals.com.

The three-time All-Mission League selection rushed for 1,655 yards and 23 touchdowns last season in leading the Warriors to a league title.

The 5-foot-8, 160-pound running back was apparently impressed with the Beavers’ use of their own tiny tailback, Jacquizz Rodgers, who is 5-7 and 193 pounds.

‘Their running back now is a little guy and I’m a little guy too, so I will fit in well,’ Marable told Rivals.com.
