Football: Awards go to Baxter, Henderson

San Diego Mission Bay running back Dillon Baxter was named the U.S. Army All-American Bowl player of the year and St. Paul (Minn.) Cretin-Derham Hall’s Seantrel Henderson was selected as the organization’s Anthony Muonz Award winner as its lineman of the year.

Among the other finalists for the player of the year award were Rancho Verde linebacker-defensive end Ronald Powell and Gardena Serra receiver-defensive back Robert Woods.
