1,000 Return Home After Toxic Spill Is Cleaned Up

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. —
An estimated 1,000 persons who fled their homes overnight because of a toxic chemical spill from a rail car returned Tuesday after workers finished cleaning up the poisonous ethylene oxide. No injuries were reported.
