Pacer Technology & Resources Inc., Campbell, said it merged into its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacer Technology. It said the primary purpose of the merger was to change the company’s state of incorporation from Wyoming to California. The merger also changes the name of the company to Pacer Technology.
