The state Public Utilities Commission has given Direct Connections “Airbus” approval to transport passengers between various points in San Diego County and the John Wayne and Los Angeles International airports. The firm, which will use eight- and 15-passenger vans and charge $35 each way, has 120 days to begin its service.
