Governor to give State of the State Speech at 5 Todayy
SACRAMENTO —
Gov. George Deukmejian will deliver his televised State of the State address at 5 p.m. today instead of on Wednesday to avoid conflicting with President Reagan’s news conference. The governor is scheduled to unveil his 1985-86 budget Thursday.
