Pride in Community
We live in the same community as Bob and Lois Lucas and were appalled at your article of Nov. 19, “Baja Dream House or Nightmare.” We know that Bob and Lois are malcontents, but that The Times should print their story without investigating the truth is a disservice to many of your loyal readers.
We are proud of our beautiful homes and the manner in which the owner and builder made it possible to enjoy them.
We believe The Times should uphold its high tradition and tell its readers that the Baja Dream House story is the work of a vindictive couple whose lawsuit was not “bogged down” in the courts but was defeated in all its phases and that verification of the verdict is available.
