Home Builder Meet Slated

The 41st annual convention and exhibition of the National Assn. of Home Builders opens Saturday in Houston with the theme of “The Family Foundation-Housing America’s Strength.”

Educational sessions and workshops will be held at each of the four days of the convention, which will close Jan. 29. Futurist Alvin Toffler, author of “Future Shock” and “Third Wave,” will speak next Sunday, sponsored by Home Owners Warranty Corp.

The California Night reception for the California delegation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Holiday Inn-Memorial Plaza.
