Rialto Homes Feature One, Two Levels

Sycamore Park South by Century Homes opens today in Rialto with 29 single-family detached houses priced from $77,990 to $92,990.

The development of three-and four-bedroom, two- and three-bath houses will eventually have 81 units. First-phase move-ins are scheduled for May.

Four one-and two-story plans have 1,220 to 1,643 square feet, with additional hobby areas providing up to 1,922 square feet.

Four furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Cedar Avenue and Base Line Road.
