Xenia Food Communications Inc., Los Angeles, has expanded its management and promoted two officers. Howard Lawrence, formerly president, has been named chairman of the executive committee. He is succeeded by Terry C. Whitney, who comes from Xenia’s parent company, Commercial International Corp.
