Colts Name Dowhower Coach

INDIANAPOLIS —
The Indianapolis Colts, the weakest team in the National Football League on offense in 1984, today named St. Louis offensive coordinator Rod Dowhower as head coach. He succeeds Frank Kush, who resigned the week before the final game of the regular season to become coach of the Arizona Outlaws of the United States Football League.
