Officials of the Culinary Union say they will fight their loss in a decertification election at a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, the latest round in a bitter labor dispute that split the city 10 months ago.

The National Labor Relations Board said 245 workers at the Marina Hotel voted for decertification while 158 opposed it; 24 votes are being challenged. Culinary organizer Paul Hill said the union would continue to picket the hotel pending a ruling on objections filed with the NLRB.
