La Jolla Cove will remain closed to swimmers at least until tonight because of pollution caused by a sewage spill, authorities said. The quarantine was ordered after a nearby sewage line became clogged with grease Thursday night, causing about 2,500 gallons of raw sewage to flow into the cove, a city utilities spokesman said. Dr. Ronald Ramras, the county health officer, imposed a quarantine on the cove until tonight at the earliest, depending on the outcome of pollution test results.
