Fallbrook
A Fallbrook man died Sunday when his pickup truck spun out of control, left the roadway and hit a utility pole, the California Highway Patrol reported. Robert Christiansen, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene on Highway 76 east of Olive Hill Road after the accident was discovered by officers about 2:30 a.m. Christiansen was westbound on Highway 76 at an unknown rate of speed when the accident occurred.
