A 19-year-old Rialto man was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale in the aftermath of a two-car collision in downtown Los Angeles in which nearly $1 million worth of methamphetamines were discovered, police said. Arthur Cena, a passenger of one of the cars, was seen walking away from the collision carrying a grocery bag that contained 950.7 grams of the narcotic, Sgt. Robert Griffin said. The driver of the car fled.
