College Baseball : Fullerton and UCLA Tie, 7-7
Cal State Fullerton and UCLA were tied, 7-7, after eight innings Tuesday when the nonconference game at Westwood was called because of darkness.
Fullerton rallied for four runs in the top of the seventh to take a 7-6 lead, but the Bruins came back with a run in the bottom of the inning. John Eccles was 2 for 2 with a double and two runs scored to lead Fullerton.

Chapman 6-5, Azusa Pacific 1-2--Behind left fielder Craig Kuhsey’s 3-for-5 performance, including a home run, three RBIs and four runs, the Panthers (6-5) swept the Cougars (1-11) in a nonconference doubleheader in Hart Park. Mark Bradley picked up the win for Chapman in the first game, and teammate Rob Glisson won the nightcap. Chapman hosts UC Irvine today at 2:30 p.m. in Hart Park.
