From United Press International
Playboy magazine Publisher Hugh Hefner suffered a slight stroke on March 6 at his Holmby Hills mansion, but he was not hospitalized and has since recovered and plans to “change the direction of my life,” he said today.
“I survived a stroke two weeks ago,” Hefner, 59, said in a statement. “My recovery is total and something of a miracle. What has happened is actually a ‘stroke of luck’ that I fully expect will change the direction of my life.” He did not elaborate on his plans for the future.
