Socker Defender Crow Wins Award
SAN DIEGO —
Socker defender Kevin Crow has been named the Major Indoor Soccer League’s Defensive Player of the Week.
Crow was the Defensive Player of the Game twice last week as the Sockers beat Wichita, 8-3, and Dallas, 7-3. He had one goal and four blocked shots against Wichita and two assists and three blocked shots against Dallas.
Crow is second in the league in blocked shots with 89, one behind Chicago’s Dan Canter.
