The Region : Fullerton Police Probe Shooting Death
Fullerton police are investigating the shooting death of Rex Mark Coday, 47, found in the front yard of his home at 1044 La Cresta Place. According to Lt. Lee De Vore, police received a call about 6 p.m. Saturday from Coday’s 16-year-old son, informing them that his father had been shot at the family residence. When police arrived on the scene they found Coday in the front yard, suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds. He was treated by paramedics and taken to St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton, where he died. No arrests have been made, police said.
