The California Bell Club has failed to pay city taxes and fees for the third month in a row, bringing its total debt to $201,595, said city finance director Steve Klotzsche.

The 4 1/2-year-old casino, which has suffered a sharp drop in revenues since September, owes license taxes of $52,525 for February, in addition to $53,143 for January and $70,053 for December, Klotzsche said. The monthly taxes are a percentage of the club’s gross revenues, based on a sliding scale.

The club also owes the city $1,500 in landscaping fees for the past three months and $24,374 in past quarterly business fees, Klotzsche said.
