Master-Planned Community of Fieldstone Opens Initial Phase

The Fieldstone Collection, a residential project of the Fieldstone Co. planned for a total of 163 homes in nine construction phases, opens its first phase of 17 today in the East Hills master-planned community in Anaheim. They will be ready for occupancy in August.

Offered in three one- and two-story floor plans, the homes--aimed at couples starting families or growing families--have three and four bedrooms, two and three baths, in 1,548 to 2,174 square feet of space. Prices range from $138,990 to $165,990. East Hills Homeowners Assn. monthly dues are $25.

Interior features include formal and informal dining areas, interior laundry rooms, vaulted ceilings, hand-built masonry fireplaces and kitchens with wood-trimmed ceramic-tile countertops, oak cabinetry and built-in appliances.

Exteriors of the California Ranch style homes, whose architect is the Berkus Group, have tile roofs and wood, shingle and textured stucco siding. The project’s landscape design is by Frank Radmacher.

Three models furnished by Yeiser-Garland & Associates of Costa Mesa are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Wednesdays at 8173 Carnation Way, off Roosevelt Road near Santa Ana Canyon Road.
