Hidden Lake Single-Family Homes Near Recreation Areas

The 319-unit Hidden Lake single-family development by the Encino-based Larwin Co. opens today in Castaic, with Cape Cod-style architecture and a location convenient to recreational areas of northern Los Angeles County.

The first phase of the development has 35 two- and three-bedroom houses in four floor plans ranging from 1,012 to 1,455 square feet, priced from $99,000 to $117,800.

Designed by VCA-Randy Washington Group, Santa Monica, the houses are available in three one-story and one two-story floor plans, with ceramic tile entryways, formal dining rooms, sloped or vaulted ceilings and air conditioning.

Fifteen of the houses in the first phase have been sold and move-ins are scheduled for July. Four furnished models are open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 27903 W. Stallion Place, Castaic, reached from the Lake Hughes Road exit of Interstate 5.
