An April, 1986, opening is scheduled for Frahm Acura in Claremont, the new Acura car’s first dealership in the United States. The Acura is a new division and product line from American Honda.

The $2.5-million, 20,000-square-foot facility in Auto World at the San Bernardino (10) Freeway and Indian Hill Boulevard was designed by architect Vincent R. Bonfanti of Buena Park.

Acura has been designed to be competitive with upscale imports from Europe, including the small Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Volvo, according to Louis Frahm, president of the new dealership.
