Kaiser Steel filed a dumping action against Japan.

On the heels of a major anti-dumping action filed against the Republic of Korea on Thursday by Kaiser and the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, the same petitioners filed an additional trade action against Japan. The Korean and Japanese trade actions charge that offshore oil drilling platforms are being sold at below market prices in the United States in violation of U.S. anti-dumping laws.
