The Southeast Regional Occupational Program will hold grand opening ceremonies for its Southeast Career Training Center from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at Los Cerritos Center.

The career center will offer vocational training and provide assessment and counseling services to federal Job Training Partnership Act participants.

“Having a career and training center at a major regional retail mall to serve the business community and the residents is an eventful first in this area,” said Brian Donahue, ROP director.
