A 53-year-old man surrendered to Anaheim police anti-sniper units after a three-hour standoff early today. Police were called to an apartment complex in the 200 block of North Wilshire Avenue in Anaheim after the man started firing. Eight shots were fired but no one was hit, Police Sgt.
