Work Starts on Resort Project
Construction has started on the gate house, entryway, roads and walls that will surround the Lake Arrowhead community of Totem Pole Point, the newest development at Westshore, the last large parcel of undeveloped land on the 12-mile shoreline of Lake Arrowhead.
Totem Pole Point, with 19 lots priced from $225,000 to more than $500,000, adjoins Rainbow Point, both projects of Moreland Development Co., a Unocal company. Rainbow Point, with lots priced from $120,000 to $415,000, is more than 50% sold.
