William Fleury, the former host of controversial “Pillow Talk” sex parties in Mt. Helix, pleaded guilty Monday to two sex charges involving his 14-year-old daughter.

Fleury, 44, who moved out of his La Mesa home in December after protests by his neighbors, pleaded guilty before San Diego Superior Court Judge Daniel Kremer to having unlawful sex with a minor. The incident occurred in November at his Mt. Helix residence, where the “swinger” parties took place.

Kremer dismissed several other charges against the self-employed mechanic and painter, including incest, lewd acts with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Deputy Dist. Atty. Howard Shore said Fleury faces a maximum state prison term of three years and eight months. Sentencing was set for June 7.

Fleury’s wife, Mary Jane Fleury, 49, is charged with three misdemeanor counts of fondling a minor and contributing to the delinquency of the 14-year-old, who is her stepdaughter. Her trial is set for May 15 in El Cajon Municipal Court.
