Work has begun on the final phase of a 15-acre Huntington Beach retail center, expected to cost more than $10 million when completed at the northeast corner of Goldenwest Street and Warner Avenue.

A 25,000-square-foot Ross Department Store and 20,000 square feet of retail shops are being built to complement a new, 44,000-square-foot Albertson’s market and 22,000-square-foot Sav-On drugstore, according to Business Properties of Irvine, the developer.
