Motorcyclist Dies in Carlsbad Crash
CARLSBAD —
A 31-year-old Carlsbad man was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle on Avenida Encinas Sunday, police reported.
The man, whose identity was not released pending notification of relatives, was headed south at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a curve in the 5600 block of the avenue about 5:45 p.m., police said.
He was pronounced dead at Tri-City Hospital.
