Clouds will interrupt sunshine this holiday weekend. In fact, the weather may mimic last weekend’s overcast skies, according to National Weather Service forecasters.

Persistent morning clouds are expected to burn off by noon each day through Memorial Day, said forecaster Wilbur Shigehara, but a low-pressure system may keep clouds hovering over San Diego through the afternoons.

Saturday and Sunday are expected to be a bit cooler than today, but the temperature should rise again on the holiday.
