LONDON —
King Hussein of Jordan, due in Washington next week to discuss the Mideast with President Reagan, held talks Thursday with British Foreign Secretary Geoffrey Howe. The Foreign Office said they discussed regional issues, in particular the Arabs and Israel, but it declined any further details.
