Ohio Bowler Gets Hot and Collects $250,000

LAS VEGAS —
Ken Domzalski of Bedford, Ohio, came from fourth place with five straight wins Thursday to take the $250,000 first prize in the Lucky Strike Filters bowling tournament.
Domzalski defeated top-seeded Dennis Amburn of Black Hawk, S.D., 211-171 and 203-156, in the final two games to win the double-elimination tournament.
The tournament, which began Saturday, drew 477 amateur bowlers, who put up $1,000 each for a spot in the competition.
