Unocal said shareholders reelected 3 directors.

Each of the three directors--Fred L. Hartley, Unocal chairman; William S. McConnor, Unocal senior vice president for refining and marketing, and Richard K. Eamer, chief executive of National Medical Enterprises--received about two-thirds of the 152.5 million shares voted. Shareholders also rejected proposals by Mesa Partners II, headed by Texas oilman T. Boone Pickens Jr., to delay the annual meeting until June 28 and to rescind any action taken at the May 13 annual meeting.
